Cold tacos with a tasty and creamy chicken and mango mixture, perfect as a filling in sandwiches, wraps or tacos. Easy to take on a picnic. The filling is added just before it is time to eat. Easy and quick to prepare.

500 g chicken fillets
1 satchet Santa Maria Fajita Spice Mix Original
2 tbsp oil
1 dl majonnäs
200 g frozen mango
2 pcs green onions
0.5 pc romaine lettuce head
0.5 pc Gurka, tunna remsor
0.5 pc bell pepper
1 packet Santa Maria Tortilla Original Small (8-pack)

How to prepare

Do this

  1. Cut the chicken into cubes and mix with oil and spice mix. Bake in an oven on a baking sheet at 225 degrees until they are cooked through, about 10 minutes. Allow to cool and then set aside to cool.
  2. Mix 2 dl mango with the cold chicken and mayonnaise - to a mess. Store the mixture in the refrigerator.
  3. Rinse all vegetables. Wipe the water off the romaine lettuce leaves and break them in half. Cut the green onion and cucumber into thin slices. Cut the peppers into thin strips.
  4. Distribute the lettuce leaves and cucumber in each tortilla and add a dash of chicken puree, top with shredded peppers and green onions. Perfect to take on a picnic, but then put the filling in the tortilla just before eating.
