300 g couscous |
300 g Beetroot, cubed |
400 g Tomato, diced |
200 g Mixed Peppers, sliced |
100 g Radish, thin sliced |
500 g Santa Maria Avocado Slices |
100 g Spring Onion - chopped |

How to prepare
For the fajita roasted cauliflower season 500g small cauliflower florets with 20g Santa Maria Fajita Seasoning and a little oil.
Roast at 180c for 20 minutes
Serve hot or cold.
Add defrosted Avocado Slices to your Rainbow Bowl. We recommend you defrost the slices carefully by putting them in the fridge overnight.
