Fajita flavoured steak with rich creamy blue cheese and button mushrooms. Serve on a bed of watercress or green salad. Perfect light meal for a summer evening.

4 sirloin steaks |
300 g button mushrooms |
3 tbsp cooking oil |
1 sachet Santa Maria Medium Fajita Seasoning Mix |
150 g blue cheese |
145 g watercress, spinach and rocket salad |
How to prepare
- Cut steak into strips. Coat steak and mushrooms (cut into halves) in oil and Fajita Seasoning Mix.
- Heat a heavy based frying pan until very hot.
- Add steak and button mushrooms and fry over high heat for about 2 minutes or until browned and cooked to your taste.
- Add cheese (cut into cubes), quickly stir and serve immediately with watercress or green salad.
