With the long summer days, why not fire up a BBQ and grill your favourite burgers. Just add Fajita Seasoning Mix to give it a Mexican flavour. The perfect snack to share with family and friends.

500 g minced beef |

1 sachet Santa Maria Mild Fajita Seasoning Mix |
4 Santa Maria Plain Flour Soft Tortillas |

4 slices mature cheddar cheese |
0.5 red onion |
2 tbsp mayonnaise |
How to prepare
- Mix together the minced beef, egg and Fajita Seasoning Mix and shape into burgers.
- Preheat the grill (or fire up the BBQ) and cook burgers for about 3 minutes each side or until well cooked on the BBQ.
- Grab the Tortillas, place the burger on top and add cheese, sliced onion, tomato, lettuce and mayo.
- Fold and serve with potato wedges.
Top Tip! To give the meat a bit of a kick, swap Mild Fajita Seasoning Mix to Medium. For even more spice add our Green Jalapeños.
